Delivery

At Trough Industries, our products are made to order. This means your item is printed especially for you after your order is placed, rather than being taken from a warehouse shelf.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days.

During busy periods, new product launches, supplier delays, postal disruption or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

UK delivery

UK orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal or courier service used.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

The final delivery cost may depend on the products ordered, delivery address, order value and delivery method selected.

Made-to-order items

Because our products are made to order, production time is separate from delivery time.

For example, if an order takes 5 working days to produce and 3 working days to deliver, the total time from order to arrival may be around 8 working days.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may need to charge a further delivery fee to resend it.

Missing or delayed orders

Please include your order number and delivery address so we can look into it.

Split deliveries

Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel, especially if they contain multiple products or items fulfilled separately.

You will not be charged extra delivery because an order is split.

International delivery

At the moment, our main delivery focus is the UK.

If international delivery is offered at checkout, delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, taxes or handling fees charged by their local authorities.

Delivery limit

Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of your purchase. If we are unable to do this, we will contact you and you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
